We use Vagaro as our third-party booking and payment processing platform. When you book an appointment or make a payment, your information is processed through Vagaro's secure system. Vagaro maintains its own high security standards and privacy policy, which governs how your data is handled on their platform.

• To send occasional studio updates (you may opt out at any time).

5. Text Messaging (SMS)

Our website asks for two separate consents. If you tick the first box, you agree to receive text messages from The Healing Design about your inquiry, consultation, and appointments. Promotional texts and emails about special offers are sent only if you also tick the second, optional box; that box is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
