1. Consultations & Services

Every permanent makeup procedure begins with a consultation. Results vary from person to person and depend on skin type, lifestyle, aftercare, and healing; no specific outcome is guaranteed. Information on this website is general in nature and is not medical advice. Please tell us about any medical conditions, medications, or allergies before your appointment.

2. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

Appointments, deposits, and payments are handled through our booking provider, Vagaro, under its own terms and privacy policy. Deposit, rescheduling, and cancellation policies are shown at the time of booking and confirmed in your appointment details.

3. SMS Terms

When you tick the texting opt-in box on our website, you consent to receive text messages from The Healing Design LLC at the mobile number you provide about your inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, and aftercare. Promotional texts and emails about special offers are sent only if you also tick the separate, optional offers box.

• Reply STOP to any message to cancel; you will receive one final text confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to re-subscribe.
